Please provide location(s) your child will attend, parent/guardian name and phone number, child's name and age, and whether or not the child already has a tennis racquet. Racquets will be provided to children who do not have one. Please plan to arrive at the courts 15 minutes prior to the scheduled camp time and bring water, sunscreen already applied, tennis shoes or other appropriate close-toed shoes, and a hat if needed.
