Location, location, location....Approximately a mile to downtown Belmont with many dining and shopping options as well as the many events happening all year long. The Belmont City Rec Center is located approximately 2 miles away and has many amenities and classes. The location in close proximity to Keener Blvd. provides easy access to Wilkinson Blvd. and interstate 85. Harris Teeter, Lowes, Walmart, Aldi, Holy Angels and a lot of other retail and restaurant locations are all located just a short drive away. This home has been extensively updated in the past few years.
