The 2018 Arts Scholarship Application Deadline has been extended until 5pm on Tuesday, May 1. This scholarship is available to Mitchell and Yancey graduating seniors and adults who are continuing their secondary education in the arts or arts education. All are at the Arts Resource Center [ARC] in Spruce Pine [above the TRAC Gallery; entrance in back]. Classes are FREE, but you must register.
